Upfronttalk Broadcast is available worldwide. We have a listing available on the broadcast section of our website. You may also contact your network carrier for more information.

Is there a transcript of the broadcasts?

Currently, we do not have transcripts available.

Events

Can I volunteer at an event?

Yes, we need your help to make the Upfronttalk events the best that they can be. Click on the City where you would like to volunteer and fill out the form to let us know that you can help. We’ll send you information on how you can help and when to come.

How long does the event last?

Upfronttalk events last for 21/2 to 3 hours and are filled with praise and worship, miraculous signs and wonders, Revelatory Teaching by Prophetess (Dr.) Evette Young, testimonies from those that the power of God had touched their lives, and a closing prayer together.

Is there childcare at the events?

We do not have childcare available at Upfronttalk events.

Will there be special seating reserved with wheelchair access or the hearing impaired and their families/friends?

All Upfronttalk events are ADA compliant. When you purchase your tickets for the event online or at the venue box office, be sure to purchase the appropriate ticket for your needs.

How do I securely purchase a valid ticket to the Upfronttalk events?

Purchasing tickets from the venue Box Office and / or Ticketmaster, our authorized ticketing company, is the only way a consumer can be assured that they are buying an authentic, valid ticket.
Dr. Evette Young (A God’s Royal Women Ministries, Inc.), and Ticketmaster, the venue’s authorized ticketing company, do everything possible to make the purchase process fair, efficient, and user friendly. The efficiencies of the Ticketmaster system enable tickets to be sold very quickly, especially for tickets in high demand.
Please understand that preferential treatment is not extended to any group of consumers when tickets are placed on sale to the general public.
Unfortunately, we and Ticketmaster have little control over patron conduct after their purchase request in fulfilled. However, we and Ticketmaster reserve the right to block access to or cancel a ticket order of any user:

  1. utilizing automated means to process or place ticket orders fraudulently or
  2. whose ticket order exceeds the stated limit.

While some states have laws that deal with scalping, those laws are rarely enforced. We take reports of misconduct of users, third party advertisers, service providers or product providers seriously, and those reports and feedback are immediately directed to the group(s) responsible to investigate and take appropriate action. On some occasions, the tickets you see posted on unauthorized resale sites do not actually exist, and the seller has posted the ad in hopes of securing a buyer and being able to secure tickets located in the section advertised. Quite often, the tickets do not materialize and the defrauded buyer ends up receiving invalid tickets or tickets located much farther from the stage than what was originally offered in the seller’s advertisement.
Most resellers operate multiple websites and / or post the same tickets on different resale sites all across the country. Purchasing event tickets and / or participating in the process of purchasing through resellers exposes a buyer to great risk of being defrauded.
For your protections we encourage you to purchase tickets only from the venue Box Office and / or Ticketmaster, our authorized ticketing company. That is the only way a consumer can be assured that they are buying an authentic, valid ticket. In addition, we strongly discourage people from purchasing tickets for more than the face value.

Internet Help

Adobe Flash Player is working, but I cannot see your flash version.

  1. Visit this link: http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=tn_15507 to determine your flash version, and whether or not flash is successfully installed.
  2. Download and run Adobe’s latest uninstaller: http://www.adobe.com/go/14157
  3. Before reinstalling Flash Player, please check the following settings:

Internet Explorer ActiveX settings
Although your browser security settings should be chosen by you or by your system Administrator, the Medium: Default Level allows you to view Flash content. For any Custom Level, ensure that both the “Download Signed ActiveX controls” and “Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins” options are enabled. (Enable or Prompt both work).
To view your security level:

    1. Open Internet Explorer.
    2. Choose Tools then Internet Options.
    3. Select the Security tab.
    4. Choose Internet.
    5. Ensure that the “Download Signed ActiveX controls” and “Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins” options are enabled.

If you are having trouble installing, make sure that your Internet Explorer security level is not set to High or to a custom level which does not allow viewing of ActiveX controls.
All web browsers must be closed
Quit all running applications, including all Internet Explorer windows, AOL Instant Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, MSN Messenger or other messengers. Check the Windows system tray carefully to make sure that no applications that might use Flash Player are still in memory.

    1. Click the “Download Now” button.
    2. Save the installer to your desktop, and wait for it to download completely.
    3. An installer icon will appear on your desktop. Double-click on it.

  1. Repeat step 1 only, to verify that flash is installed properly.
  2. Hopefully, flash content will now be available.

I experienced a problem playing your video files on my computer.

First, please make sure that your browser is not blocking pop-up windows. If this does not solve the problem, make sure your Adobe Flash Player is working. If you have any suggestion, please let us know.

Video stopped playing before it finished streaming at the Broadcast Center.

The audio and video streams usually take a few minutes to complete loading or “buffer.” In the Broadcast Center, you should see the amount of video that has buffered. It also depends on your internet speed and whether or not you have a broadband internet connection. You may need to pause the video for few minutes until the buffer indicator has progressed further. Please check with your Internet Service Provider, to see if there is any problem with your connection.

Can I order with a check or money order instead of using a credit card?

Can I make a change to my Internet order?

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to Internet orders once they are submitted.

I just placed an order and need to cancel.

Internet orders are usually processed the following business day. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel the order and credit your account. Please call 1-504-644-4407 to confirm with our order department.

Why do I enter a password at the end of my order?

The password at the end of your order is used when checking your Account History in the online store. You will be asked to enter your email address and the optional password in order to view your past order history.

Some of my orders are missing.

There could be a few reasons why the orders are not appearing. Usually, it is because the missing orders were made with either a different email address or password or with no password at all. If your order was not placed online, then it will appear in your online order history.

Large quantity discount request.

Due to the variety of materials we carry, we are unable to offer bulk discounts across the board. However, we do consider large quantity discounts upon request. My package is either missing something or it is a wrong order.

The material is damaged or defective.

We are more than happy to replace damaged or defective products. Please call 1-504-644-4407 with information about the defective item and we will send you a replacement.

How can I make a donation?

Donations to the ministry may be made online, by mail, or by calling 1-504-644-4407. Only credit card donations can be taken online or over the phone.

Do the Ministry issue monthly and/or year-end receipts?

Yes. Year-end receipts are mailed in January, and daily receipts are sent several times each week.

How do I get a copy of my year end receipt?
